Properties are measured on-site with a laser measure & a tablet computer. Dimensions are taken from the space and sent into AutoCAD, where a full scale drawing is created. From this drawing we can later take the room sizes and total square footage. Separating the measuring & editing allows us to work quickly on site, condos may be measured in as little as 30 minutes.

We can easily work alongside a photographer, minimizing required access to a property. Turnaround on floor plans is usually the same evening, delivered in PDF format. DWG file delivery is also available for a fee.
