Floor plans are useful for confirming the square footage of a property, and obtaining room sizes for the listing. A floor plan is also a good reminder to potential buyers of the property, it lets them remember the layout & more easily picture their own use of the space.

Standard Floor Plan

Includes wall layout, window & door placement, fixtures (counters, cabinets, sinks, appliances etc.), major room dimensions, ceiling heights for each level, direction North, square footage for each level and square footage for additional property elements (decks, balconies, garages etc.).

Prices are based on the finished square footage of the property.
Up to 1500 square feet - $129
1500 to 3000 square feet - $199
Over 3000 square feet - $0.07/SF
